Welcome to Ultrafast Spectroscopy and Quantum Materials Lab
Our research group focuses on ultrafast spectroscopy and cavity-engineering of quantum materials, including two main research directions:
We aim to use static and ultrafast spectroscopy to explore and manipulate photophysics, emerging properties, and new states of matter of low-dimensional quantum materials.
We utilize rationally designed photonic cavities to confine, control, and amplify the vacuum oscillation or laser field amplitude to establish, sense, and manipulate the photoexcited states, charge carrier dynamics, collective behaviors, and electronic and magnetic ground states of quantum materials.
We Are Hiring!
We currently have multiple openings for postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and undergraduate students, please feel free to send email to liqiuyang@westlake.edu.cn. Looking forward to hearing from you!
